About
Hawaiian Gardens is a condo complex for owners 55 and older. Phase 4 consists of 222 units divided into 6 buildings (Aloha, Bamboo, Clover, Dogwood, Edelberry, Ficus) and is part of an 8-phase complex located in the city of Lauderdale Lakes in Broward County, near Fort Lauderdale. Approximately 20 minutes drive from the beach, the port and the airport it is served by 2 major highways with easy and fast access (95 Highway and Turnpike). Hawaiian Gardens are located near many restaurants, beaches, golf courses, casinos, the BB&T Center and many famous shops including the famous Sawgrass Mills Shopping Center.
Our community is characterized by 2 large lakes with spectacular fountains. They are surrounded by an illuminated 0.5-mile promenade embellished by meticulously maintained luxurious vegetation where it is pleasant to walk in a safe environment. The site is provided with a clubhouse with multiple facilities such as an exercise room, pool room, library, community kitchen, and a room for dance and shows. The outside offers many activities namely petanque, shuffleboard, a bistro area, two BBQ areas, and a heated pool with spectacular dimensions.
Community life is hectic thanks to the synergy of a dynamic team of volunteers and a rich cultural mix. It is an exceptional environment where life is good and smooth.

Routine maintenance operations for Hawaiian Gardens Phase 4 are performed by a management committee of dynamic volunteer owners who care about the well-being of the residents.
They are diligently involved and manage the operations and finances professionally, leaving nothing to chance while the firm Ambassador Comunity Management handles accounting. The social committee ensures a busy social life!
